Delivery and Returns

 

If the shoe fits, wear it - if it doesn’t, we’ll take it back!

Here at Shoetopia we offer FREE delivery and returns on all full-priced items. We hope this will provide a carefree shopping experience for our customers.

 

Delivery Information:

Delivery takes place via courier; this means that we can only deliver to a physical address with a person available to sign for the parcel. Our couriers deliver on weekdays between 9am and 5pm.

 

Delivery to a main center takes 2-4 working days

Delivery to an outlying area takes between 2-5 working days

 

Returns & Exchanges:

Although it’s disappointing when an item does not meet your requirements, we try our hardest to offer easy returns and exchanges. Below are the steps you can take to return or exchange your order.

 

  • Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order
  • Email us at returns@monetise.co.za or log a return here: http://www.shoetopia.co.za/returns/rma/
  • Couriers will be dispatched to collect your order
  • If the collection address differs from the original delivery address, please inform us
  • Once your order has been collected, it is returned to the warehouse, where it is inspected
  • Inspection can take 1-2 days
  • Once the goods have been deemed resalable, we will dispatch your new items or process your refund

 

T&C’s

We do not currently offer free returns on sale items. We charge R65 for a return that leads to a refund and R130 for an exchange. This is purely to cover the courier costs.

 

We offer one free return or exchange per sale. If a second return/exchange is requested on the same item, the customer is liable for the courier costs.

 

We will not accept the return of shoes that are showing obvious signs of being worn, such that these cannot be repackaged for resale. If this is the case we will send photographic evidence of the wear and return the item back to the customer.

 

When exchanging an item, please allow for a stock check of the desired replacement. There will be instances where the replacement item is no longer in stock. Under these circumstances, you are free to choose another item to the same value, store credit or a refund.
