The Shoetopia Rewards Programme is to say thank you, to you, our loyal customers for your ongoing support and love for the brands.

How to earn points:

• To earn the rewards you have to create an account in order to earn and redeem your points.
• You start earning points as soon as you have placed an order for any full priced item/s on the website.
• For every R100 spent you earn R5 in rewards, the earning potential for each item is shown once you place the item in your cart.
• Once your order has been paid for, your rewards will reflect on your profile immediately, ready to be redeemed on your next online purchase.

How to redeem points:

• To redeem your points, you must be logged into your online account.
• Select any full priced item you would like to purchase, add to cart and place the order.
• On the ‘One Step Checkout’ page under’ Order Summary’ there is an option to ‘Apply Rewards’, select this option.
• You can then enter any amount of the points that you have available towards your purchase.
• Select ‘Apply’, the points will then be deducted from your purchase.

Terms and Conditions:

• Your rewards cannot be redeemed against any sale items.
• No rewards are earned on any sale items.
• You do not earn points on the same order where you have redeemed points.
