If the shoe fits, wear it - if it doesn’t, we’ll take it back!

Here at Shoetopia we offer FREE delivery for any sales over R799 (and only R85 for sales under R799). 

We do not currently offer free returns on sale items. Due to hygienic reasons socks may not be returned or exchanged unless there is some fault of material or a manufacturing defect.

Due to high shipping costs we cannot offer free returns on sale items. We charge R100 for a return that leads to a refund and R170 for an exchange. This is purely to cover the courier costs.

If a second return/exchange is requested on the same order, the customer is liable for the courier costs.

Delivery Information:

Delivery takes place via courier; this means that we can only deliver to a physical address with a person available to sign for the parcel. Our couriers deliver on weekdays between 9am and 5pm.

Delivery to a main center takes 2-4 working days

Delivery to an outlying area takes between 2-5 working days

Returns & Exchanges:

We offer free returns or replacement on any item with a manufacturing fault within 6 months of purchase.

Although it’s disappointing when an item does not meet your requirements, we try our hardest to offer easy returns and exchanges. Kindly note that all online purchases can only be exchanged/returned with our online store and cannot be exchanged/returned to the physical stores.

Where there has been communication from us regarding a sold out order/item and there has been no response from you within 7 days of first communication then we will refund the sold out order/item via the payment method you used to place the order.

Below are the steps you can take to return or exchange your order.

Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to avoid any courier costs on regular priced items. If you contact us after the 10 day period of receiving your order to either return for refund or exchange then there will be a courier fee charged:

Return for refund  - R100 for collection

Exchange – R170 for collection and delivery

  • Couriers will be dispatched to collect your order
  • If the collection address differs from the original delivery address, please inform us
  • Once your order has been collected, it is returned to the warehouse, where it is inspected
  • Inspection can take 1-2 days
  • Once the goods have been deemed resalable, we will dispatch your new items or process your refund

Note:

We will not accept the return of shoes that are showing obvious signs of being worn, such that these cannot be repackaged for resale. If this is the case, we will send photographic evidence of the wear and the customer is then responsible for the shoes being returned to them.

When exchanging an item, please allow for a stock check of the desired replacement. There will be instances where the replacement item is no longer in stock. Under these circumstances, you are free to choose another item to the same value, store credit or a refund.
